The Recruit model AR15 platform rifle, chambered in .223 Wylde, offered by Rooftop Arms is a top-of-the-line build geared toward the shooter who wants a premium rifle but isn’t quite ready to “pull the trigger” on a premium optic. The advantage of the .223 Wylde chamber is it will shoot both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO safely and accurately. Due to popular demand, Rooftop Arms went away from our typical optics-mounted routine for this model. The Recruit model has many of the same premium parts offered with every other Rooftop Arms model however instead of an optic, it’s topped with some of the best flip-up sights money can buy. This allows the customer to head to the range with a fully functional Sub-MOA AR15 without having to purchase the optic upfront.
